Terms and Conditions of Sale - Happy Life Surf School
Welcome to Happy Life Surf School. We thank you for your trust and invite you to carefully read our terms and conditions of sale before finalizing your registration. By booking a course or a session with our school, you fully accept these terms and conditions.
1. Registration and Payment
Registration for a surf course or session can be done online or on-site. Full payment is required to validate the registration. Prices are indicated in euros and include VAT.
2. Cancellation and Postponement
Surf courses and sessions may be canceled or postponed by the school in case of force majeure or unfavorable weather conditions. See the "Conditions for Course Postponement and Refund" section for more details.
3. Conditions for Course Postponement and Refund
When events such as storms, water pollution, or a sea deemed dangerous by the instructor prevent the holding of courses, the school commits to postponing the courses according to the participants' availability or fully refunding them.
These reasons for refund are the only valid ones to date. The participant will not be entitled to a refund in case of absence, abusive delay (20 minutes and more), injury, or setbacks if they are not notified 10 days before the start of the first course date.
The assessment of the quality and frequency of the waves for the proper holding of the courses is solely the responsibility of the instructor. A participant cannot claim a refund on the grounds that the waves are not to their liking.
4. Equipment
The equipment necessary for surfing (board, wetsuit, leash) is provided by the school. Participants are responsible for the equipment provided to them and must return it in good condition at the end of each session.
5. Insurance
Happy Life Surf School subscribes to civil liability insurance to cover risks related to surfing instruction. Participants are advised to have their own personal insurance covering accident risks.
6. Safety and Internal Rules
For everyone's safety, participants must follow the safety instructions and directions given by the instructors. Any dangerous behavior or non-compliance with the school's rules may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
7. Protection of Personal Data
The information collected during registration is intended for Happy Life Surf School for the management of courses and sessions. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.
8. Disputes
In case of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent court will be that of the registered office of Happy Life Surf School.
